Elite Cleaning & FM (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a cleaning and facilities-management provider operating in Ireland, with dedicated teams in Waterford and Cork. We are the data controller responsible for your personal information.

Contact details you provide through our quote and enquiry forms, by email or by phone — such as your name, company, email address and phone number.

Information about your site or facility that you share with us so we can prepare a quote or carry out our services, including building recordings, scans and specifications used to generate cleaning audits and pricing.

Limited technical information such as browser type, device and usage data collected automatically when you visit our website.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes; to deliver, manage and improve our cleaning and FM services; to manage contracts, accounts and payments; to send you service or marketing communications (you can opt out at any time); and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We process your personal information under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data-protection law, where it is necessary to perform a contract with you, for our legitimate business interests, where you have given consent, or to comply with a legal obligation.

Where our services involve recording or scanning a site to produce a cleaning audit or specification (including via our technology partner ML10), you are responsible for obtaining the site owner’s permission and any required consent before areas containing personal data are recorded.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business and deliver our services (such as our technology partner ML10 and payment providers), and where we are required to do so by law.

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
