Can you take over an existing FM contract mid-term?
Yes. Mobilisation from an incumbent supplier is routine and normally starts with a survey of the building and a verification of the asset register, because what is documented and what is installed usually differ. TUPE obligations for existing site staff are handled as part of mobilisation.
Do you manage multiple sites under one contract?
Yes. Multi-site portfolios are managed under a single contract with consistent specifications and consolidated reporting, so you can compare performance and cost per site rather than reconciling different suppliers' formats.
