Often, yes — work is programmed around shift patterns, changeovers and planned maintenance windows, with only the immediate area isolated. Where machinery must be cleaned internally or where a permit requires isolation, that element is scheduled into a shutdown and the rest of the scope is delivered live.
What certifications do your industrial cleaning operatives hold?
Operatives hold current Safe Pass as a baseline, plus task-specific certification where the work requires it — working at height and access equipment, confined space entry, manual handling and chemical handling. Site-specific inductions and any client certification requirements are completed before deployment.
Do you clean high-level structural steel and pipework?
Yes. High-level cleaning of steelwork, gantries, ductwork and services is a routine part of industrial work and is planned with the correct access — MEWP, scaffold or rope access depending on the structure — under a permit and with the area below controlled.
